Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Arvo online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Overview

Arvo sells men’s clothing and accessories worldwide using a dropshipping model. As such, return and refund processes may differ from traditional retail stores. We are committed to complying with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and, where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Style, colour, or preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing an order.

 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from the product description

  • Is the incorrect item

To request a resolution, you must contact us at contact@arvovault.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 

4. Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

  • Full or partial refund

  • Store credit

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Return Requirements

If a return is required:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed

  • You must follow the return instructions provided by Arvo

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (PayPal or credit card issuer).

 

8. Shipping Delays

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only. Delays caused by customs, courier services, supplier delays, or events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.

 

9. Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

  • Australian customers are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law for major failures.

  • EU customers may have mandatory rights under EU consumer protection laws for defective or misdescribed goods.
